Hello! I have been in the property for the last 7 years and my current house mate is moving out and I am looking to get someone in from the weekend of the 4th Sept 2023 ideally.
The room price is inclusive of rent, all utility bills and council tax included which comes to £850-£875 PCM. We have SKY Q and all streaming sites included I. e. Netflix/Apple TV/Disney + and Amazon (including use of Amazon prime delivery) all included in the rent! 🥳
You will have your OWN BATHROOM (which has a built in TV) 📺 See pictures!!!! The flat is fully furnished. My current flat mate is willing to leave ALL of his furniture behind and negotiate a price for it all which includes new bed, wardrobe and desk. The items had been purchased in 2022. You are welcome to bring your own stuff of course if you want.
Flat is 5 minutes walk to Bromley north and 7 minutes walk to Bromley south. Excellent Bus links right outside the flat.

I work in the city 4 times a week but like to be sociable on weekends. But also like a chilled night in but like to entertain people as well when friends/Family come over, love cooking and baking and the occasional Netflix binge.
PS - Massive clean freak so flat is always spotless. Have left pictures out of my room and ensuite but you can have a nosey when you view the flat as not being biased but viewings of the flat are highly recommended!!!
