Bromley town centre (and the Glades Mall) is a 10-15 minute walk.
The bedroom is approx 5.4m X 3m, much bigger than most, with plenty of space for more than the usual bedroom furniture, and has 2 double glazed windows with pleasant views.
The room was freshly painted, but if you want to change the paint scheme, and/or hang pictures, that's totally fine; at present there's a double bed/mattress, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and desk; further furniture can be provided if required.
Other, shared rooms include:
- Entrance/hall, with an area for shoes/jackets
- Kitchen, including: washing machine, tumble dryer, cooker, microwave, 2 fridges and table/chairs as, well as plates, bowls, cutlery, pans etc that you're welcome to use
- Bathroom with separate shower cubical, bath, basin and toilet
- Large bright and airy lounge/diner (approx 5m X 5m) leading to a balcony
Gas central heating.
On street parking is free and always available.
Broadband, TV licence and water are included in price.
The other flat mate is me :-), easy going, fairly quiet, sociable/friendly. I used to work in the construction industry, but after retraining I now work in IT. Interests include travel, surfing, photography, keeping fit, concerts/festivals, pubs, comedy etc.
Sorry, but no pets, children or smoking in the flat - smoking on the balcony/outside is fine, thanks.
