I'm looking for a lodger who's quiet, who doesn't party or play loud music at all hours. But I’m friendly and approachable and we can share company if we get on.
I have one elderly cat who rarely goes out now. No need for her to come into your space unless you want, but if you like cats, that'd be a bonus.
If you work from home, I do not supply extra heating as it costs so much now.
This space is part of my house and isn’t separately supplied or metered for mains services, so the rent includes all your bills including electric, gas, council tax, broadband. The property’s fuse-board and water stopcock are in cupboards in your living area so v occasionally I’ll need access (obviously at a time agreed unless there’s an emergency like flooding in which case you’d want me to turn off the stopcock! )
Property has up to date EICR and gas safety certificates.
Current lodger moves out on 5th May. Viewings will be soon after and I'd like someone able to move in and start paying by beginning of June.
