The room has an Ikea sofa bed which can be converted into a kingsize bed very easily. There is plenty of space
Bills included as well as Internet.
Washing machine, dishwasher, cutlery etc available
You will be sharing the space with me only. I’m a female professional working women. I like movies, good food and love the gym.
The house is 2 minute walk to Grove Park Station, (direct fast trains to London Bridge, Waterloo, Canon street and Lewisham). Ideal for commuters into central london, canary wharf and bromley ( journey time 10 minutes - 20 minutes).
There is also free parking in the evening (permits also available).
Monday to Friday let available at a cheaper rate
