The flat is very close to Bromley South Station. Fast trains can get you to and from Victoria in 16mins and Blackfriars in a similar time while others take on average 25mins. The Thameslink line also services the station, running through North London and further afield.

Large kitchen/lounge with dining table, L-shaped sofa. The kitchen has a fitted hob and oven, fridge freezer and other mod cons.

Usual features: phone entry system, lift, 3 piece bathroom suite with shower, washing machine, double glazing and carpet throughout, tiled kitchen flooring, and central heating.

Waitrose is just behind the train station, while Sainsbury's is under less than a 10mins stroll in the opposite direction. It's also next to The Glades Shopping Centre.

There are also 3 gyms within a 5mins walk one of them being 30s from the flat), new restaurants and bars popping up all the time, the library, new Vue cinema, and a theatre all within walking distances.

Out the door before 7:15am and back after work on average, gone 8pm, although occasionally work from home.

Only preferences I have are clean and considerate people. That's about it.

There's no parking available but there is secure bike storage beneath the building, with CCTV.
