**LGBT Live-In Landlord*

I am looking to rent out my 2nd double bedroom in my 3 bed ground floor maisonette.

Approximately 15-20 minutes walk to Gillingham Station and close by to Chatham Docks, Lidl/Asda and plenty of greenery. ME4 4UW is postcode.

Room comes complete with bed / mattress and built in wardrobe.

There is a shared study/3rd bedroom which I am happy to be used between us.

£600 including main bills (including Council tax) although would expect sharing of any household items and joint supplies. Fortnightly cleaner at extra £35 per month but happy to discuss. Happy for occassional overnight guests.

Off road parking is available and potential for a dedicated space although limited access.

Shared use of the lounge, kitchen/diner and bathroom.

Ideal lodger must be clean, tidy & respectful and have reliable income. Gym buddies particularly welcomed to apply!
