The cleaner comes every couple of weeks to clean the common area.
The house is located 5min walk to Canterbury East station; 5 min to Wincheap main street; 5min to Christ Church University, 10 min to city centre and 10 min to the Kent and Canterbury Hospital.

*We do not mind smokers as long as they smoke outside and keep the outside of the house in tact.
