Two new bathrooms, lounge, garden has just been re done, kitchen with all utensils etc.
Parking is available, permit only, you would need to contact Canterbury city to get a permit.
Bills are £115 per month.
The deposit is 6 weeks rent which will be put in to a protection scheme.
I live here with one other professional girl, I want who ever lives here to feel like it’s their home and fit in.
