Double room in quiet house in central location

A good size double bedroom is available in central canterbury, close to town centre and stations. The house is in a quiet residential street with parking restrictions. The house is a bright and light Victorian terrace and is well equiped, warm and comfortable. There is wi fi, dishwasher, washing machine etc. I am a single woman and have recently relocated to Canterbury. I would like to share the house with a considerate person who has a full time occupation. The three bedroom house is very good quality, spacious and you would share with just one other. There is a full bathroom on the top floor and a second half bathroom is on the ground floor. There is a separate sitting room and dining room, and a small garden.
I am flexible about how long anyone would want to stay for. A short stay of a week, or few weeks / months is fine. LGBTQ welcome 🏳️‍🌈
