En-suite, walk in wardrobe in City Centre

Newly furnished apartment within the city walls, 5 minutes walk from the center. The flat is in a peaceful area, has a lot of light, and has recently been painted. I´m looking for a professional or post-grad female housemate.

The room is fully furnished with and the bed is an ottoman bed for extra storage. The room is a large double, with its own showeroom, and with a good sized walk-in wardrobe too.

You will be sharing with a professional female, quiet, clean and tidy.

All bills except electricity are included in the rent. Electricity is split 50/50. There is a private park in the development which can be enjoyed by the residents.
