The room available is a huge quiet, light and airy penthouse. It’s newly refurbished. No couples please.

The 5 bedroom property is a beautiful Victorian house with lots of period features and a garden in St Dunstan’s in between Canterbury West Station and Kent University.

You’ll share:
   •   A large, modern bathroom (shared with a maximum of 2 others)
   •   A fully equipped kitchen-dining room (note: no dishwasher)
   •   A ground floor WC with washing machine and dryer
   •   Fortnightly cleaning of shared areas
   •   High-speed broadband, all bills and council tax all included

A tenant on the ground floor has a small, friendly dog.
