2 rooms double & single available for student.

Hi,

There are one double rooms and one is single room available now for academic year in four bed room house. Looking for students to share the house. It is a homely student house while we have been renting to PhD or master students who would rather focus study and being very considered.

There is drive way for two cars and large garden in the back. Kitchen is well equipped with all pan pots you may need and also DYER for rainy day.

Bills are shared and managed by all housemates. Cleaning service regularly by arrangement, garden is taken care by gardeners.

It is in walking distance to town, opposite bus stop and near supermarket Sainsbury and Asda. It is 10 min walk to CCCU, there is also a shortcut along river to UKC.
