All bills (including Wi-Fi are included) and our site has security 24/7! We are a short walk from the town centre, Christchurch Uni and University of Creative Arts. University of Kent is also walking distance or a short bus journey away.

The Dual Occupancy studio has it's own en-suite bathroom and private kitchen, so no sharing facilities! Also included are a full size double bed, 2 separate desks, extra wardrobe space and a dining table and chairs. Please note the price listed is per person. Only 2 dual occupancy studios left!
