We are a new, modern, luxury student accommodation site based on Parham Road.

Our on-site facilities include an indoor and outdoor Gym, Cinema room, Games room., Study, Pantry kitchen and Common rooms.

All bills (including Wi-Fi are included) and our site has security 24/7! We are a short walk from the town centre, Christchurch Uni and University of Creative Arts. University of Kent is also walking distance or a short bus journey away.

We have studios available - Classic Studios from £170 per week, Premium Studios accessible from £175 per week , and Large Premium Studios accessible from £190 per week.
Our studios include their own kitchen so no shared facilities!
