This is Urban student village private accommodation in Canterbury which I have to find someone to replace me as I am no longer attending uni this September / year due to personal family issues. This needs to go ASAP as I need to pass on the tenancy to someone else by September. A modern 13m2 Classic en-suite situated on the lower ground floor with ¾ sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mini fridge, safe and study desk. En-suite is fitted with a double shower.
It’s a very stylish accommodation for students. The accommodation is based in Canterbury as listed. from Canterbury Christ Church University offering a short walk or a quick bus ride.
