Single Room for rent

I have a single room for rent in a family home I will be willing to do washing for you every week no extra cost. Me and my sons work full time and I have recently started doing some shift work, we have a German Shepard dog who will bark upon meeting new people but is absolutely fine and soon gets used to people I have had foreign students last few years and he soon settles. I don’t mind smokers but that must be done outside. We are easy to get along with all I ask is that your tidy around the house as sometimes I work longer hours so time is limited, if your interested give me a text and I will get back too you.
