A new double bed will be provided with a new mattress and mattress protector.

The room's large sash window gets evening sunlight, not morning as it faces north-west.
PHOTOS WILL BE AVAILABLE ONCE THE ROOM IS FINISHED.
There is no daytime parking in the street as there is a single yellow line.
An on-street permit can be applied for; this is subject to availability from the city council.

People here are friendly but generally they get on with their own lives, so don't expect to eat together every night!
However, someone sociable and willing to mix with others in a shared house would be welcome.
It is important that you consider others and leave common areas clean. You must, of course, pay the rent on time!

Couples will be considered and at that time, the rate of rent will be discussed. The price advertised is for single occupancy of the room.
