Ensuite room close to town

We have to offer a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom in a desired location in Canterbury. The house has been recently renovated and redecorated with new bathroom, dinning room, floors, stairs, driveway and patio. All the rooms have been repainted and furnished to a high standard.
The ensuite room is a super large loft room which has been added to the house in 2017. It benefits of king size bed, solid furniture, built in wardrobe, bathroom with walk in shower.
The driveway in front of the house has 2 parking spaces.
The current housemates are professionals. We are looking for someone easy going, clean and reliable to join them.
The cleaner comes every couple of weeks to clean the common area.
The house is located 5min walk to Canterbury East station; 5 min to Wincheap main street; 5min to Christ Church University, 10 min to city centre and 10 min to the Kent and Canterbury Hospital.
