Double room with private bathroom

A king size bed with a separate but private bathroom in quiet street ten minutes walk away from Canterbury West Station. The house is all professionals, we are mixed nationalities of British, Polish, Belgian and Italian. The house is large enough that it never feels crowded. There is a cleaner who comes once a week to clean all communal areas, which is included in the rent cost which is all bills included. An earlier move in date may be possible.

The housemates are a lovely bunch, It's not a party house but it is convivial and everyone makes an effort to keep the house clean. The University of Kent is very close by and the house is right by the university woodland and the beautiful Chaucer Fields. It's a very green area.
