The kitchen is well-equipped, and the living room contains a dining table with four chairs, a TV, two sofas with a garden view, and patio doors that lead to the back garden. You'll have use of the entire house and gardens except for the other two bedrooms.
The house is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac on a grassed and treed square. It receives sun all day long, is very well insulated and is a warm house. All bills, including gas, electricity, water, Council Tax, broadband, and TV licence, are included in the rent. Fortnightly cleaning of kitchen and shower room, and regular house and garden maintenance are taken care of.
I'm looking for a responsible, professional, single female who is considerate, quiet, and tidy. Currently, I work and rent a room in London, so I spend very little time in Canterbury. Essentially, it
will be just you and my other lodger sharing the house for 90% of the time. She is lovely, quiet and considerate, and super easy to get along with. She works from home part of the week and commutes to London for the other half.
