Double bedroom available for a single FULL TIME PROFESSIONAL FEMALE. No smoking inside, NO COUPLES ,no parties etc. We're quite and clean people and i don't tolerate noise between 10pm and 7 am.
The garden is shared between the flats but we're the only one use it.
The room have double bed, big double wardrobe whit 2 mirrors, chair, desk and bed side table.
Is with wood floor and pvc windows.
The bathroom is shared with us.
In the kitchen is everything that you will need just no tumble dryer.
Is a free street parking just in the front of the building and shop, fish and chips and Chinese downstairs on a side.
Is 10 min walk from to the center and 5 min walk to the East station.
The bills are included.
