2 bedroom flat, good wifi strength. (we use BT and it works fine most of the time.)

Current flatmate has an en-suite so you would have the bathroom to yourself. Big lounge dining area with a kitchen (we have a dishwasher and washing machine, big fridge and a good amount of freezer space.) Fully furnished, although there is room if you want to bring your own furniture.
Please message me for more photos or further details. Room is a good size, quiet area, 15 minute walk from town. 10 minute walk from Canterbury east station. There is also a parking spot available so you won’t need to pay for parking.
