There is on road free parking available less than a minute walk from the house and city centre is within 5-7mnts by walk.

The rent is 412.5 a month but because this is a small room I m willing to pay a bit more on my part(hence £400 as advertised) and take full responsibility of the Internet bill as gesture of good will🙏(WiFi is BT fibre1 50MB with average speed 50MB, more than enough for 2 tenants 😊)
Average Bills are between £150-£170 each depending on electricity and water usage.
