The room is on the ground floor overlooks front garden and the green 2.5m x 2.8m £420 pcm
Fully furnished- room has a small double bed, desk, desk chair, wardrobe, night stand, bin and mirror.

You will be sharing with me, Kat (25) as a live-in-landlord, and 3 other professionals. We are looking for clean and tidy, generally quiet people who like the occasional social gathering, games night or cooking together.
I can now offer viewings.
Or if you cannot travel to the property I can send more photos and answer any questions, but probably the most important thing is to get to know each other (phone call, Skype, etc) to make sure we will get along. I am confident that you will be happy with the house, its facilities and prompt attention to any maintenance issues that may arise and hope to get along with any new flatmates!
One important advantage I can offer, when viewings may not be practical to all, is that as a live-in -landlord the rental agreement I use (a “Licence to Occupy”) will not commit you to staying for the full agreement length. This means you can make sure you have a home despite the present restrictions, but if it turns out to be not what you want, you can move on with minimal notice. The agreement I use also offers some of the advantages of an AST, for example, I use a deposit protection scheme. Please get in touch for further details or if you have any questions!
