You will be sharing with me, Kat (26) as a live-in-landlord, and 3 other professionals. We are looking for clean and tidy, generally quiet people.
One important advantage I can offer, when viewings may not be practical to all, is that as a live-in -landlord the rental agreement I use (a “Licence to Occupy”) will not commit you to staying for the full agreement length. This means you can make sure you have a home despite the present restrictions, but if it turns out to be not what you want, you can move on with minimal notice.

It will be spilt evenly between the occupants.
