We have bedroom 3 becoming available for rent (professionals preferred) on the 29th of October 2023. The property is located across the road of the Canterbury Christ Church University so if you work at the CCCU you can’t get any closer. It’s a 20min walk to Kent & Canterbury Hospital and a 5-10min walk to town. On street parking permits available from £7.25/mth.
A few years ago, my partner and I have renovated this old student house into a professional house share. We are looking for clean, respectful & tidy tenants who will take care of this lovely house. We will also be proactive landlords to make sure it stays in excellent condition. .

All bedrooms are similar in size and have each a double bed, a sink and a desk. Bills (water, electricity, gas, wifi, council tax) are included. No tv license. Also a cleaner comes every 2-3 weeks to clean the communal areas of the house but you are expected to keep these clean & tidy in between cleans and it will be your responsibility to keep your bedroom in perfect condition.
Current tenants are all in their 20’s, early 30’s and I’m looking for someone that will suit the dynamics in the house. This is very to important to me for the tenants to get on with the current tentants.
