Bedroom will be available from Aug 1st in a stunning period property in the heart of Canterbury, with a large garden and private parking.

Both rooms are doubles with plenty of light and storage. Rent: £538 monthly for smaller room and £563 for the larger room, plus council tax and bills. The house is pet and smoking free (though smokers are welcome if they smoke outside).

The house is set back from the high street for privacy, is close to all the local shops and amenities, and only minutes from Canterbury West station providing high-speed train links to London. The house has ample shared common space including a large kitchen, dining room, 2 and a half bathrooms, spacious living room, study, laundry room, and beautiful gardens.

- - The household - -
Current residents are three women and one man of different nationalities, with English as a common language. The current residents are all professionals that are considerate, responsible and have become firm friends. We are looking for an equally considerate new addition to our tight-knit group to share some tea with in our beautiful garden.
