The house is a ten-minute stroll from The Westgate Station and easy walking distance to UKC, CCCU and UCA. The house is nearby a big Sainsbury's and the new Vue cinema and restaurant complex.

The room is £500 per calendar month.
Bills are not included and shared payments for gas, electricity, water and fast broadband are made at around £60 a month . Council Tax D around £40 a month each tenant.
