Hi, my name is Frank and I have 2 large double bedrooms available in a 2 bedroom flat.

Both bedrooms have locks on their doors, double beds, large double built in wardrobes and desks and chairs can be provided free of charge if required.

The flat is fully furnished down to cups, plates and cutlery (including dishwasher and tumbledryer) and provides fast and reliable fibre broadband.

No smoking indoors please, but you are welcome to smoke on the balcony.

Plenty of free parking is available in the residential carparks around the building, but please note, there are some mild day time restrictions on weekdays if you don't have a residents permit. Please ask if you want to know more about this.

All bills are included except for gas and electric, which will be billed separately for each room (this way you will not be responsible if flat mates don't pay their bill or experience energy supply issues)

There are no extra charges for couples.

10 minutes walk to city centre

No agency fees, no admin fees, no key fees, no check in or out fees

Viewings can be scheduled for:
Wednesday 11 September between 10am and 3pm
Thursday 12 September between 1pm and 4pm
Friday 13 September between 12am and 4pm
Saturday 14 September between 12am and 4pm
Sunday 15 September between 12am and 6pm
