all, we are looking to rent a room within our two bedroom apartment. This was our home previously and is currently occupied by Audrey who is a young professional.

It is a really beautifully furnished apartment, right in the centre of town (right opposite pound and 2 mins from Canterbury west station)

It comes fully furnished and the electricity, gas and council tax will be shared with the existing tenant. The landlord pays for the other wills and the highest speed WiFi. Would really love to meet and show you around this apartment as it needs to be seen properly.

All the images in the advert are of the room on offer and the attached bathroom which will be yours. It is a two bed flat with two bathrooms and the room also has a very large wardrobe.

Available from late June, However, we can be flexible with move in dates. We will start doing viewings from mid May onwards.

We have a washer dryer, dishwasher, iron and floors are hoovered and steamed at least twice a week. In addition, there is a cycle storage in the building and the apartment.
