Double bedroom with use of a bathroom, with a shower, which is shared with only the landlady.
The kitchen is a shared space, with a fridge freezer, washing machine/ drier, microwave and there is a breakfast bar to eat at, if desired.
The cooker has an electric hob and is an electric, fan oven.
The bedroom is a double size, with tv, triple wardrobe and dressing table - lots of storage space.
There are plenty of parking spaces available for residents.
Morrisons, Puregym, Dunelm and b&m, to name a few are just a 5 minute walk away and they are situated next to the River Stour which is a great place to go for a run.
Canterbury East station is a 10 minute walk away. There are also many shops along Wincheap and a Beauty salon. The city is 15 mins walk away.
I am looking for a like minded person who is clean, calm & respectful and likes to get on with their life whilst remaining friendly.
