House located in Canterbury with live in landlord. I am a primary school teacher and looking for a young professional. My house has free parking on street and is a short walk into town. The room is fully furnished and has a garden view. There is a shared dining area, living room, kitchen, bathroom and downstairs utility room and loo. The garden is patio and has a seating area outside.
I have a 1 year old cat who has a very kind nature and spends most of his time outside. My current housemate has not let him inside the room so he is used to that!
I work full time and enjoy going to the gym, eating out and seeing friends. I do also like to chill and watch a film aswell!
I have a regular cleaner, who cleans all shared areas.
