The kitchen is a shared space, with a fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and a breakfast bar for eating at, if desired.
The cooker has an electric hob and is an electric fan oven.
There are plenty of parking spaces available for residents.
Morrisons, Puregym, Dunelm and b&m, to name a few are just a 5 minute walk away and they are situated next to the River Stour which is a great place to go for a run.
Canterbury East station is a 10 minute walk away. There are also many shops along Wincheap and a Beauty salon. The city is 15 mins walk away.
I am looking for a like minded person who is clean, calm & respectful and likes to get on with their life whilst remaining friendly.
