This house is for working professionals and mature students.

Room 6: This room is a very cosy double attic room located on the third floor. There is a double bed in the room (fully furnished) and lots of storage available. The room is available from 1 September 2022.

Room 7: This is a single room with a lovely back garden view of the house located on the top floor. The room is fully furnished and has a single bed. It is available from 1 September 2022.

House: The property is an 8-bedroom, fully furnished terraced Victorian house. 5 bedrooms are en-suite and only 3 rooms share the communal toilet. 2 washer-dryers, 2 fridges, iron, ironing board, kettle, toaster and microwave are included in the rent. Kitchen utensils are not included in the communal items. You just need to bring your suitcase to move into your room. The house is in excellent condition. All the communal walls and ceilings were recently painted.

Location: The house is very close to the city centre – the best location for being central and close to transport, but also to get to the universities.

Canterbury East Train Station – 5 minutes away on foot where you can go to London by train.
UCA – 17 minutes on foot.
CCCU – 15 minutes on foot.
UKC – 15 minutes by bus.
Aldi – 3 minutes away on foot. It is open 7 days a week! There are also lots of other shops around.

What is included in rent: all bills (electric, water, gas), council tax, fibre optic internet, TV licence, cleaning the communal area twice a month and gardening as needed.

Security Deposit: It is a 5-week rent for each room. Security deposits are protected under DPS.

Holding Deposit: It is £100 for each room. This amount needs to be paid to secure a room. The Holding Deposit will be deducted from the first month's rent.

Rules: No pets are allowed. Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the property. We cannot accept couples. Private driveway parking is available for free. We require a guarantor from students and do a referencing for professionals.
