En-Suite Bedroom at Canterbury Student Manor

I have an en-suite room at Canterbury Student Manor to give away as I have decided to leave my studies in Kent until next year and need to transfer my contract to another person before leaving. First instalment of the rent has been paid - all that is required to pay is £200 deposit for security reasons until the next instalment in January (depending when you move in you may have to pay some of that period - contact me for more info)
The room involves sharing a kitchen with 4 other lovely girls, and of course your own bathroom and bedroom. The bathroom is exemplary and bedroom is spacious yet cozy with a small double bed, desk space and more than enough storage space.
It is an easy bus journey or even walk away from the University of Kent and even closer to CCCU, also in an advantageous location that is close to town and many shops including grocery shops.
The accommodation also has a games room, cinema room, gym and laundry room!
Please note a guarantor is required ( an individual who you nominate to be resident for rent if you’re not able to be e. g. parent, sibling, partner )
