Large, recently decorated double room in sunny house with light, spacious open-plan living/dining room and nice garden near Christchurch University, available from 15th May.

Just a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre in a quiet road with no through traffic.

Room is furnished, but is available unfurnished too. There is a desk with drawers, wardrobe and/or clothing rail, a cupboard and a high quality double futon, but I am happy to replace this with a bed if preferred.

Off-road parking is also available. Price includes all bills and cleaning, but you would be responsible for cleaning your room.
I am easy-going, friendly and clean and tidy, and that's all I expect from my housemate.
