Sunny single room in quiet house.

Hi, I am looking for a lodger for a single, first floor room in my house. The room gets loads of natural light and is furnished. Even though it’s a single bed there is a good amount of space in the room and I have an attic that could be used for additional storage.

There are two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. Shared kitchen/ dining area but no living room. All bills are included as well as the household essentials such as loo roll, washing up liquid and hand soap.

The house is right round the corner from university of Kent so would suit a post-grad or mature student (professionals also welcome) It’s about 15 minutes walk from Canterbury West station/ 20 from the city center. Also close to bus routes. There are fields and footpaths right behind the house so great for those that like getting out into nature.

I am a self employed gardener and generally live a pretty quiet life, it’s not a party house but definitely up for some drinks/ dinners/ pub trips here and there.

We are LGBTQ+ friendly.

6 months max but with the possibility to extend.

Smoking is fine as long as it’s outside.
