Looking for easy going, friendly Uni Student or professional (preferably female but will consider male) to house share. Must go to workplace rather than work from home and are ok with a very affectionate cat.. if you love walking or running the countryside is beautiful to do such. Although Village location there is a bus route on the doorstep and it’s 15/20 min drive into the Cathedral City of Canterbury with Canterbury East and West Railway Stations, plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. All coastal areas are also nearby. All bills are inclusive, along with Council Tax and WiFi
