We have 3 rooms with double bed available from 5th Feb and biggest room from 8th Feb individually. A small bed desk provided in the small room and you have space under the bed. This is a 2-floor house with private garden. Internet is included in this price, the rest is to share. Couple the price will be lifted up by £60, £80 and £100, pet adding 15 per month

Water bill is included the rest is shared in 4 around £80 - £100 per person, if 2 people couldn’t be less depending on the usage.

It’s located on St Peter’s Grove quiet area but also heart of Canterbury city center, in between west and east train station, also 15min drive to seaside.

We are 1 male and 1 female looking for another housemates, I am the female landlord who newly moved in, 33 y/o professional, easygoing and social. Apart from living room, kitchen, bathroom to share , there is also a garden to use. Pets are welcome as long as you can make sure the house is clean and free from odour also noise (I am also a big animal lover)

Students and professionals are both welcome. Short term rent considered too (price would vary depending on length you stay)
