The room would be suitable for a person who is considerate and interested in a clean, tidy, and quiet living space.

It’s a 3-bedroom house, but you will only be sharing with me and Panda (my cat).

I'm very quiet and enjoy my own company, I spend most of my time behind my computer working or playing video games, at the gym, or travelling, so you will barely notice me and will have the whole house for yourself almost all the time, I'm also happy to share a meal or go for a coffee every now and then.

The room comes with bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, two bedside drawers and a desk/chair.

The kitchen has fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer, tumble dryer, microwave, hob/oven, and variety of kitchenware.

The house consists of living room, dining room, kitchen, and a small toilet downstairs.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and the bathroom, you will be renting the main bedroom.

There is also a cellar for extra storage.
