Cosy Bungalow

You’ll be sharing with me and occasionally my family’s rescue dog, who can usually be found sunbathing in the garden or keeping the neighbourhood updated with his thoughts. So you'd need to be comfortable around dogs.

This would suit a female looking for a relaxed and respectful place to stay while working or studying in Canterbury or the surrounding area. It’s also ideal as a short-term stepping stone.

The house is in a quiet residential area, just a 20-minute walk from Canterbury city centre and Christ Church University, and around 30–40 minutes on foot to the hospital. A beautiful nearby farm with public footpaths is perfect for evening or weekend walks. There’s also a bus stop just two minutes away with regular routes into town.

Inside, there’s an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with a cosy log burner.

The available bedroom includes:

A comfortable double bed
Desk and chair for studying or working
Triple wardrobe with drawers
Bookshelf for extra storage
Driveway parking
All bills are included, plus a monthly visit from a cleaner to help keep shared spaces fresh and tidy.
