Room on top floor with views of the cathedral

The room contains one double bed, a chest and hanging rail, as well as bedside table with light and desk/chair.

The barhroom is newly refurbished, and the main living room and kitchen is shared.

I'm open minded to who I share with although would prefer a professional if possible, as I work full time. I rented last year to a young guy working in a resteaurant for 5 months with no problems.

An interest in music or art would be good as that's my job, but not necessary.
