I can offer a choice of three rooms in my spacious well-maintained house near Eliot Footpath, just 10 minutes’ walk from town.
Room 1: Ground floor overlooks back garden 4m x 2.6m £450pcm
Room 2: Ground floor overlooks the front garden and the green 2.5m x 2.8m £425 pcm
Room 3: First floor front of house, 3.8m x3 m
All rooms will be fully furnished and anything in the pictures that is broken will be replaced or fixed. Pictures were taken on the day of check out of previous tenants hence the broken items and marks on the walls.
All rooms will have a double bed, desk, desk chair, wardrobe and night stand at least. Happy to send specific updated images if needed.

>Large kitchen with dishwasher, huge fridge, huge freezer, washer, lots of cupboards and worktop space, gas hob, double oven, wine-fridge!

You will be sharing with me, Kat (25) as a live-in-landlord. I am looking for clean and tidy, generally quiet people who also enjoy a social gathering or night out.
I can send more photos and answer any questions, but probably the most important thing is to get to know each other to make sure we will get along. I am confident that you will be happy with the house, its facilities, and prompt attention to any maintenance issues that may arise, and hope to get along with any new flatmates!
As a live-in -landlord the rental agreement I use a “Licence to Occupy”. The agreement I use also offers some of the advantages of an AST, for example, I use a deposit protection scheme. Please get in touch for further details or if you have any questions!
COUNCIL TAX: Please be aware that council tax is not included in the rent and the house is in band D. It is around £2000 a year for this house and will be split evenly by those legible to pay it.
