We have one room left in a six bed student home available for the 2026/2027 academic year. The house is in a prime location at the bottom of Elliott footpath and only a short walk from town.

Rooms available are £530pcm each, including all bills as well as broadband and TV licence.

On all rooms a £75 holding deposit per room is payable; this will be deducted from your first month's rent. There are no admin fees/charges.
