Dog lovers are we

I am keen to welcome you if you like a glass of wine and a social in the garden over the summer. You'd win brownie points if you love Frank who is an English bull dog. He's a little pickle, but quite loving. If you maintain your room, clean up after cooking and recycle then that's great. I am happy to do the rest. Ah and pay your rent on time, then you can stay for as long as you like. I endeavour to be tidy with a guest in the house and believe that if something isn't working then let's talk. I am friendly and will do my best to compromise. You can come and go when you like. The house is quiet, but we are on a road so you can hear traffic sometimes. The back single room is totally serene and quiet though. It's small, but has everything you need including a desk. You're 10 mins bus ride from town and the supermarket is next door.
