There is a large lounge, & a kitchen diner with gas hob. Ample cupboards. The bathroom has a shower. There is a garden. The rent is exclusive of all bills which you will be required to pay for a third. The house is heated by gas central heating. There is parking within the close. There is a family dog who lives in the house. No further pets will be permitted.
The house is within 8 mins walk to Canterbury West Train Station, 11 mins to St Dunstans, 16 mins to Canterbury High Street, 18 mins to the University.
