Fully furbished room sublet till September

I am goign away to visit my family during summer - till start of September. Therefore, my room is free till then.

My room is not the biggest but can be well used for storage. There is a desk, chair, 2people bed, clothing rail and shelves.

I have couple of books tgere left, feel free to read them through.

I would best like to have a female candidate living there, as there is one women in the house hold and two (every day working) men. They are all very calm, no parties, sweet and very very clean and tidy!

We can agree on a better price.

Lovely garden, sunnny, aldi is 3min away, big park and centre next to it. East station is 2min away.

Cathedral 10min walk.
