Modern Room in Beautiful and Central Location

Private room available for short-term let in 1 bedroom flat, from Saturday 15 June until Saturday 14 September, while I am away over the summer.

The flat is located in a beautiful development beside the river Stour, less than a 10 min walk to Asda, Sainsburys and the new Riverside development, and about a 20-25 mins walk to Canterbury West station and Canterbury city centre, with all its wonderful pubs, cafes and restaurants.

You will have full access to the kitchen including washer/dryer, electric oven, induction hob and fridge/freezer. There’s also a comfortable living space, a small outside balcony, bathroom with shower over bath, and large bedroom with king-size bed. The flat also has its own allocated parking space if you have a car, as well as a bike area shared by all the tenants of the development. You’ll also have access to a communal garden and decking area, which is brilliant for sitting in during the good weather!

Rent is £950 per month, including all bills and utilities, and there will be a deposit as well depending on the length of your stay. I would prefer a working professional or mature student, as this would not be an ideal flat for a couple and storage space will be limited.

The longest stay can be until Saturday 14 September, and while I would ideally prefer someone to take the room for the entire 4 month duration, I would be open to stays of a shorter time period but of no less than a month.
