30 Regency Place Student house One room to rent

We have a spare room available to rent for the University year, can be available from 1st July. The room is fully furnished and includes a double bed. There are two shared bathrooms and a living room and kitchen in the house with a garden and patio. We are all students that attend Canterbury Christ Church University and it is a short walk to the university from the house, it is also in the area of ASDA and Sainsburys. Rent is £137 a week which includes all bills. Currently there are 3 female and 1 male house mates, there are no gender preferences.
