13 Ancress Close - 1 bedroom spare!

Hello, my friends and I are looking for one more housemate to live with us in our final year of university. Our home isn't too far from the campus (about a 20-minute walk) and there is a bus stop near us. One stop is ~7 minutes from us as well. I study marketing, one of us studies law and the other studies psychology. We are all entering our last year and want this to be a memorable one.

Your room will be £360 a month. This can most likely be paid in accordance with SFE drops (our landlady is very reasonable and this is common practice for off-campus living). Bills are not included but the search for that will be of no worries to you. I will be looking for good deals and all you will need to do is send me the money every month. Also, just to reassure you, as we are students we do not need to pay council tax

We pride ourselves on our welcoming attitudes and desire to always have fun. I understand it is probably daunting moving into a house with 3 people you do not know but I can assure you all of us will do our best to make you feel welcome and comfortable around us.

There are 2 toilets. One upstairs (the shower is in this bathroom) and one downstairs. We have a front room and kitchen. The washer and dryer are separate and the dryer is next to the door in which we enter. The local area is usually quiet as well.

The photos I've uploaded are terrible (screenshots from videos, I didn't take any proper pictures) but I remember the room layout very well. It is a large double bed and any other information you need just ask.
