It has a Coop mini supermarket, corner shop, farm shop and butchers, all within walking distance. A new Tescos Express and restaurant is currently being built in a nearby housing complex. Situated on the edge of the countryside, Broad Oak is a small village which is constantly being upgraded. Herne Bay, on the coast, is a 15 minute drive away, and Dover is iro 30 minutes to the ferry terminal for Europe.
The garden has trees, pond and patio. Parking is on the drive or roadway.

Canterbury is just half a mile away for restaurants, theatre, shops and pubs, but there is a local pub 2 minutes away. Two cats, very nice ones, share the house and I live here too.
